Vitamin C is my go to nutrient for good skin care.  It reverses sun damage and helps the skin turn over cells to give you fresher younger skin. 

Upon initial application I never noticed any tingling or sensitivity that some people have noted. The serum itself is very thin and runny with a slight opaque tint.  The bottle comes with an eye dropper for easier application.  I put a drop on each section of my face.  It goes on smooth and spreads easily.  Immediately there is a tightness to the skin.  I believe the product is filling in lines slightly.  I personally did not notice any scent. 

I'd like to revisit this in a month or so of use.  I feel like the product long term will defiantly have great benefits for my skin.  It's currently on sale for $21.95 - this a good bargain for vitamin c serum.

For as little as it takes for you to coat your face this bottle should last a good while.

Directions
Apply serum to clean face and neck with fingertips and gently massage into skin. Use twice a day.

Joyal Beauty Royal Jelly Ultra Face Cream

I was very excited about receiving this product.  Makeup and face products is one of my favorite things to splurge on.  I have dry skin and I’m always on the lookout for a good deeply hydrating moisturizer.  I had high hopes for this product.  Sadly it isn’t meeting my expectations.  For a product that claims to be nutrient packed, its lacking hydration.  Without hydration your skin can not hold on to any of the ‘active nutrients’ it touts.  For 24.95, I think it's a bit over priced.

The product does absorb fast and goes on easily.  I haven’t noticed any change in my skin tone or filling of lines before applying makeup.  Again, the lack of moisture is a definite negative to me.  They note on the product that it will have a smell that comes from the honey, however, it reminds me of a really strong bug spray.  Not appealing to have on my face.  The product itself has the consistency of something between a thick  gel and a liquid moisturizer.

A plus is the container. Airless pumps really help you get the most product out of the container.  There is also a little plug to put back in the pump to keep the product as fresh as possible.

 All in all, its a mediocre moisturizer, probably best suited for young girls who don't need deep hydration.

The Last Humans Trilogy - Meh.

Ug.

Seriously.

I hate to be so negative, but it was just so......Ug. Theo is one of the most annoying characters I've ever had to follow through more than one book.  Did I mention Pho? Yeah....their relationship isn't awkward at all.  He's in love with his spaceship. <sigh>

The story is almost like a split personality wrote it.  A teenage boy who wants robots, space and explosions, then a  chick, who just wants a little romance and 'brains'.  I had a really hard time often understanding what was happening from the various screen/reality shifts.  The author(s) didn't do a good job of making sure I understood where or why I was in any particular location with Theo.

While the plots for all three stories is unique, I just can't seem to understand the basis of the story, what happened to Earthy, why Oasis is around, the Goo, the elders and society.  I had hoped it all would make sense by book 3, but it did not.  The character seems to repeat the same thing (plot line)...through all three books.

This is a book for children....minus the cussing and the awkward romance.
